Data Controller and Data Protection Officer<\/h5>\n<p>The Data Controller is CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ITALIA S.p.A., with registered office at Via Baldassarre Castiglioni 3, 46100 Mantova, Tax Code and VAT no. 11041370013 (hereinafter the \u201cController\u201d).<br>\nCUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ITALIA S.p.A. has appointed, pursuant to Article 37 of GDPR 2016\/679, a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted at the following email: <a href=\"mailto:dpo@cxitalia.it\">dpo@cxitalia.it<\/a><\/p>\n\n<h5>2. Purpose of Processing<\/h5>\n<p>For the purposes of this notice, personal data refers to identifying and contact data, as well as any bank details relating to natural persons, processed by the Controller for the purpose of entering into and performing contractual relationships with clients and suppliers. This includes data of natural person clients and suppliers, legal representatives of corporate entities, and any employees or consultants involved in the performance of the contract (hereinafter \u201cPersonal Data\u201d).<\/p>\n\n<h5>3. Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing<\/h5>\n<p>The acquired Personal Data will be processed for purposes related to the establishment and execution of contracts with the Data Subjects, specifically to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>comply with legal, regulatory and EU obligations;<\/li>\n  <li>perform supplier evaluation based on ISO 9001 standards;<\/li>\n  <li>fulfil contractual obligations between the parties;<\/li>\n  <li>manage administrative and accounting duties, including tax requirements;<\/li>\n  <li>handle complaints and disputes;<\/li>\n  <li>exercise the Controller\u2019s rights, e.g., the right to legal defense.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Providing such data is mandatory and necessary for proper management of the relationship. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, hence no consent is required from the Data Subject.<\/p>\n\n<p>For promotional activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li><strong>Existing clients<\/strong>: processing is based on the Controller\u2019s legitimate interest. Clients may object at any time by writing to <a href=\"mailto:dpo@cxitalia.it\">dpo@cxitalia.it<\/a>.<\/li>\n  <li><strong>Prospective clients<\/strong>: processing is based on consent. Without consent, promotional activities cannot be carried out.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h5>4. Data Processing Methods<\/h5>\n<p>Data is processed under the authority of the Controller by specifically appointed, trained, and authorized personnel using manual, computer, or electronic tools, in a manner strictly related to the purposes and in compliance with confidentiality and security measures. Processing may also be carried out by external Data Processors appointed under Article 28 of GDPR 2016\/679.<\/p>\n\n<h5>5. Data Retention Period<\/h5>\n<p>In accordance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and data minimization under Article 5 of GDPR 2016\/679, Personal Data is retained only for the time necessary to achieve the intended purposes.<\/p>\n<p>Contractual data will be retained for the duration of the contract and for ten years thereafter, unless further retention is required for litigation, legal obligations, or regulatory requirements.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing-related data will be retained until the consent is withdrawn.<\/p>\n\n<h5>6. Categories of Recipients<\/h5>\n<p>Within the scope of the aforementioned purposes, Personal Data may be accessed or disclosed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Public authorities (e.g., tax authorities), when required by law;<\/li>\n  <li>Credit institutions for payment operations or financial tasks related to the contract;<\/li>\n  <li>Private external auditing or supervisory bodies, where applicable;<\/li>\n  <li>Companies managing credit or legal claims;<\/li>\n  <li>External Data Processors under Article 28 of GDPR 2016\/679 for activities related to or necessary for contract execution;<\/li>\n  <li>Other companies in the CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ITALIA group for internal service management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The up-to-date list of external processors is available upon request from the Controller.<\/p>\n\n<h5>7. Transfer of Personal Data<\/h5>\n<p>Personal Data will not be transferred outside the EU. If such a transfer becomes necessary for contractual or legal reasons, it will be carried out in compliance with applicable laws. Transfers will be based on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other legal instruments.<\/p>\n\n<h5>8.
